History of Khajrana Ganesh Mandir
The Khajrana Mandir was built in the 18th Century (1735) by the Queen “Ahilyabai Holkar” of Holkar Dynasty. It is said that the ancient statue of this temple was seen by the local Pandit “Mangal Bhatt” in his dream. After his dream, the Queen “Ahilyabai Holkar” dig and got a statue of Lord “Ganesha”. From where the statue was taken out there is a reservoir, which is in front of the temple.

The outer and upper walls of the “Garbhagriha” are made of the silver and different moods. And the eye of the statue of Lord “Ganesha” is made up of “Diamonds” which were donated by the businessman of the Indore.
A Dharamshala is also built by the trust of the Khajaran Mandir for staying of devotees.
The managing committee of the temple provides the free cost of food for the devotees at Annakshetra. The food will be provided in the fixed time of 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. And the state of the food is too tasty you must have to try this food. 200 people will be able to dine together in the Annakshetra.

Khajran Ganesh mandir has a worth of 1.50 crore a Hitech kitchen. It has also installed dough and bread making machine, and grinding spices machines.
